I’m a passionate person who has worked closely with individuals and teams for over 25 years to help them fulfil their potential. I have strong interpersonal capabilities which are the foundations of my practice.  

I consult on customer satisfaction because of my profound interest in understanding people and their drivers. My experience leading and motivating people sits at the heart of why people enjoy working with me. I am a certified business and personal coach and my coaching style is founded on a passionate belief that by asking the right questions, I evoke discovery, insight and awareness.
